Jack Williams Ski Race for Wednesday's Child
| After 28 years Jack and Marci say thanks for all the races, but 2012 was the final one. They are downsizing and decided against another race.
In April 2013, Jack and Marci were inducted into the Waterville Valley Hall of Fame.
For almost three decades WBZ gathered for the annual Wednesday's Child Ski Race at Waterville Valley Ski Area in
New Hampshire. We had many successful years raising money for special needs adoption.
The event was sponsored
by Wendy’s, Volvo,
Yankee Magazine, American
Airlines, WBZ TV and Radio, and
Waterville Valley.
Thank you to everyone who showed
their support, all our sponsors and wonderful volunteers. We couldn't do it without
you!
